So I did a bit of research and found many sources talking about copying different dll's from mingw730_64 an other but none of these worked for me.I'm new to QT so I'm not sure if I'm making a simple mistake.

If you want a wholly standalone Qt app on Windows (statically linked), add CONFIG+=static to your .pro file call qmake from the build of qt you nmake is a build tool provided with Visual Studio and with Windows SDK. You don't have it, apparently. It seems you're using a mingw build of Qt; it comes with a bundled copy of mingw. There, the build tool is simply called make.
